A great total of 60 Children entered the 1st ever Junior Open to be held at “Aphrodite Hills Golf Club.” Three categories were on the card for this truly wonderful event, The 18 holes and the 9 holes being played on the challenging back nine of the championship course with the 3 holers using the 3 hole Academy course. A small army of Aphrodite Hills staff and volunteers ran the day with impressive efficiency. The whole event being completed in just 5.5 hours. The presentations to the juniors were made by sponsors; Paris Christodoulides, MD from AGF Trading and Engineering Ltd and Maro Kazepi, Golf Coordinator representing the “The Cyprus Tourist Organisation.” Read more>
